Who decided children were all supposed to learn the same way?

At Liberty Oaks Academy, we don’t believe they are.

Children shouldn’t have to fit the school. The school should be able to fit the child.

  Our approach starts with a simple belief: one size doesn't fit all. 

Here’s how we put that belief into practice:

  Teachers adjust instruction based on each student's strengths, pace, and needs, whether they need additional support, greater challenge, or a different approach.  

 Small classes are the tool. What our teachers can do with them is what matters. They have the time to know how each student learns, recognize when they need another explanation, adjust the pace, and challenge them when they're ready for more. 

Students learn best when they feel safe, connected, and valued. Our intentionally designed culture promotes confidence, belonging, and a genuine love of learning.

Students receive the time, attention, and structure they need to succeed. Learners who need extra support receive it, while advanced students can move ahead, pursue deeper learning, and even earn early high school credits through dual enrollment opportunities.

Many of our teachers built successful careers in traditional schools before choosing Liberty Oaks. Here, they have the freedom to focus on what matters most: building relationships, providing individualized instruction, and helping students reach their full potential.

Education should be meaningful. Through hands-on projects, practical experiences, and real-world applications, students develop confidence, independence, critical thinking skills, and a deeper understanding of what they learn.
