MEET KELLY CHILDERS
4th Grade
We are so excited to have Kelly as part of Liberty Oaks Academy this year!
Kelly brings more than 30 years of experience in education to our 4th grade classroom. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Southern Wesleyan University and has spent her career teaching in public, private, and charter schools.
That range of experience brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and perspective to Liberty Oaks, and Kelly has already been such a positive addition to our school. Her experience, enthusiasm, and genuine love for teaching have made her a breath of fresh air, and we’re incredibly thankful she’s here.
Outside the classroom, Kelly is the proud mother of three and “Gmama” to two grandchildren. She enjoys cheering on the Clemson Tigers, reading a good book, and creating resources to support fellow teachers.
We’re fortunate to have Kelly’s experience, perspective, and passion for teaching as part of the Liberty Oaks family.
